509 B.C: Birth of the republic

Lucius Tarquinius Superbus, the last king of Rome and a violent, repressive tyrant, has been **** out of the city after his son's **** of a respected noblewoman. In his place, several nobles have gathered together to form a republic. However, many dislike the new idea of democracy, and plot to crown a new king. Meanwhile, the old king looks on his former lands, eager to take back what was once his, and have **** on those who would dare take his birthright. Will you help this new republic thrive, or destroy it and take power for yourself?
