3.1 Moving forward burdened

Years and education later:

Rachel wakes from her orgasm induced slumber. “That felt amazing” she says to herself shaking her head. “I can’t believe I did that with a woman. That doesn’t make me a lesbian, I think” she taps her finger to her chin. BANG BANG BANG…. BOOM!! and there goes the door to her room.

“What the fuck Rae? What the hell was that?” Nicole asks terrified and shortly after Toni barrels in after her “Is everything ok. That energy discharge rocked the entire complex. “Yeah I had an interesting experience in my sleep.” Rachel says gripping her bedsheets. “What did you- Wait, do you smell that Toni. Smells like someone had A LOT of fun “loving themselves”” Nicole sniggered to Toni behind her. “It wasn’t like that but it was something else.” Rachel said as she tells her roommates the transpired events. “Wow, that is…. a lot to take in. And this being is something vastly different than what I’ve ever seen or experienced. The small amount of power she exuded dwarfed my father. “What about the vision she gave you. What are you going to do about it? You’ve seen this guy’s future. Can you sit by while he suffers as you say he will?” Toni asks as she hugs the edge of the door. “I don’t know but its unprofessional and an ethical violation to get involved with a patient. I will say one thing though; he reminds me of him in more than one way.” Rachel responds bashfully. Toni and Nicole can see how conflicted with her decision and the pain in her voice thinking about “him”. More importantly, if you are so conflicted talk to the others. I’m sure they know what’s going on…after all they are you.” Rachel knowing exactly how her “other” halves will think about it. “I don’t know I barely talk to them. It would be weird.” Rachel says to her roomies. “You know this is necessary to maintain your harmony. You should talk to them” Nicole says as she closes the door.
