Seeing the 1 Katy bites her lip a bit "well... the dice wants something bad.... and I have.... lets start small" she says to herself as she picks the notebook up and starts to write, pausing and taking a breath before erasing the words she started writing "safety first" she mutters to herself.

new rule: If Katy Lura says or thinks "no place like home" three times in a row time will rewind back to the time this rule was written, and no one can erase this rule safe Katy Lura herself

She nods to herself, that should do for safety... last thing she would want is to regret what she is about to do. she gulped and wrote down another set of rules.

Old rule: Females are seen as secondary citizens, while they are free by nature if they break the law they can be sold in to the custody of a male owner instead of jail time.

Old rule: public sex is allowed as long as both parties are willing, bondage in public is ok with waiver signed by the bound. Convicts must sign a waiver to their owner

Old rule: females under 18 are immune to the laws, but their parents will be punished in their stead_

New rule: while anyone can write in this book, anyone other than Katy Lura can't see past rules, and think they can only add 1 rule to the book, this rule can not override any rules Katy Lura put in.

With those written down Katy breaths a sigh of relief, she closes the notebook and puts it on the table before she looks around, nothing feels to have changed, but the rules weren't too... visible from her apartment.
