Okay, so in my first few days of work I have finished the first draft of the intro as well as choice of clothes on day one, the first chapter of the court sub-plot as well as all but one option on the first chapter of the maid sub-plot.

I've also added the required variables to the intro, maid and court section so far completed (although I've not fully tested them.) So far the only variable with any effect is the gender modifier and even then that only open closes the maid/manservant choice in the morning.

My current priorities in order are:

1. Finish the 1st maid sub-plot chapter.
2. Rewrite the existing pages especially to remove the many, many typos and writing style inconsistencies.
3. Write the manservant 1s sub-plot chapter.
4. either remove or write the 1st go hunting sub-plot chapter (I will likely re-add it at some point in the future if I delete it).

Once the day one morning section of the game has been finished to my satisfaction I will then move on to the day 1-afternoon story and sub-plots.

I'm intending to take this methodical approach to the stories development because I want a wide range of choices for the reader as they advance through the game with no narrow corridors of choice or random dead ends (except obviously in the section I'm currently writing).
