This is not a story path, just a way of explaining the core elements within Undead Souls in a clear method. (Mostly clear)

Zombie characteristics

Different types:

• Joe (Average zombie) -- The main body of the zombie hoard. Can't use normal words, resorts to grunts and moans. Their bodies are stiff and they twitch and jerk when idle. They move towards sounds in at different speeds, the louder the sounds the faster their movements. Due to their stiff bodies the fastest they can go is an awkward jog, their size depends on their actual speeds. The infection also causes an increase in strength which help with braking doors or keeping a tight hold on survivors. Their jaws can stretch unnaturally wide - dislocated sized. Uses sound and smells to find, attack and infect.

• ---

• Breacher -- Heavily armoured, huge and muscular. Transform due to large muscle mass as a human (like 300lbs + bodybuilders) or due to the presence of steroids (potency being determining factor). The increase in muscles mass strengthens the fibres between them making it harder to kill. They attack via a charging maneuver, upon it hearing a sound it sprints at full speed until it hits a solid object, upon hitting the object it slams its face (mouth open) downwards and into the object. Only attacks based on sounds, completely blind and lacks a sense of smell.- - - - - -

• Mimic -- Sly and cunning type. Uses a few repeated words such as; hello, help, help me, please, anyone - order varies, head twists and twitches between word usage. Can see at very close range, also by sound and smell. Lures prey into darker areas and leaps at them once they are within range. Mouth aims for exposed skin during leap. Produced by people who always talk, or by people who always lie (like seriously, pathological liars).- - - - - -

• Fiend -- Sexual by nature. Unable to infect others themselves, they rely on creating sound to draw in nearby zombies. These sounds are produced in a sexual manner. Their mouths have no teeth making them smooth fuck holes. If male they are constantly erect, able to ejaculate, longer time between release means a larger buildup of cum. If female they have a soaking, gaping pussy, unable to get pregnant. In some rare cases females may develop extended clits to resemble a cock that can also cum. They are produced if the infected human is aroused during point of infection. They are able to see, hear, and smell.- - - - - -

• Gasper -- Created/Designed by EdgeOfNight -- Air cannon type - sonic boom attacks. Formed by the infection mutating in the lungs due to medical illnesses or damages to the ribs, such as falling off a building during infection. The mutation causes their lungs to stretch and expand to inhuman sizes which shatters their rib-cage to produce a lanky - long torso - appearance. This means they're mostly found wearing no upper clothing because of the increase in chest size. With no supporting bone structure they walk around hunched over, taking distinctive gasping sounding breaths, but straighten up when inhaling large amounts of air. The air can be released in a compressed state that is shot out into damaging shock-waves. The waves create a loud boom - that range from a simple alarm clock to a small explosion - that can draw in other infected types and immobilise their prey. The deeper the breath, the larger the shot. Due to the constant air shots their hearing is ruptured leaving them only able to see and smell.- - - - - -

Alternate reality world

Tech:

1. No flying cars, just a few hover cars/ bikes (rare, high-end, expensive cars).
2. Laser weapons (more common than hover vehicle) but not on law enforcement.
3. AI, usually in major businesses and in governments (like secret R&D labs that contain spoilers shh).
4. City data-core - Maintains the automation to keep the city running such as the power stations. More so than current day. In major cities, like Ashfield, the power stations can stay running for up to a month at the latest before they require a human calibration to continue, will stay offline until it is confirmed.
5. Drones - Military usage only, not law enforcement. Flying drones uses mini propellers. Land drone use treads, like tanks, are slow moving but can use a variety of weaponry. Battery life of eight hours, recharge time of one hour. Uses a special charging station - about the size of a quad bike.
6. Home devices - Automatic machines that can clean, cook and dish out food. Not very expensive, priced like modern day devices; like a roomba vacuum cleaner. Common in households.
7. Self driving vehicles - Used for public transportation like taxis, buses and trains.
8. Exo-suits - Bulky, slow moving, exposed frames; different models designed with more protection. Designed to increase strength for crowd control riot police.
