You can't get away from a simple fact: when exposed to your vices, a primal lust takes over and you frequently spin out of control. This is a lot of fun for you, and very invigorating - but it does mean that people around you tend to end up annoyed (and sometimes bruised or dealing with property damage).

Have fun with this! During Downtime, one of your options is always to carouse to regain your HP. As a boor, you'll gain more HP from carousing than you ordinarily would - but you'll also take a penalty to your Rep when you do so, as you damage the taproom or insult your hosts, etc.
