'Start Game' can be accessed from the tab on the right (under Score)

Pressing 'Start Game' isn't strictly required, but playing without it means that you'll sometimes see options that won't really make sense in context, or multiple options that seem like the same thing (but aren't). This is because the game keeps track of choices you've made, and presents you with certain chapters depending on variables (sexual experiences, offers you accepted or declined earlier, etc) that get set upon reaching specific chapters.

As an example; If you don't use the game mode you might suddenly find your character reminiscing about the gang-bang she was in the previous day when you actually declined to participate in the first place. Or you might suddenly find yourself pregnant when you've swallowed buckets of birth control pills. Additionally, even the contents of chapters themselves may change depending on earlier choices. This means that by not using story mode you WILL miss out on seeing certain text. This is why using story mode is highly recommended.

A part of the story revolves around anticipation; making an optional choice to agree to something and having to follow through (or deal with the consequences) later. If you don't use 'Start Game' some of that element may be lost. I've tried to make it so you won't be punished with a dead end for not choosing the top option, and made sure the story will branch back to the main path regardless of your choices. If you do find a dead end that doesn't branch back to the main path (aside from deciding to quit the porn industry altogether, which ends the story), let me know!
