'Story Contribution Guide: Family.' (Not IC)

Family: The protagonist's family are some of the most important NPCs which will appear in the story, and as such you should read over this section of the guide carefully.

Each Family member is given a brief rundown in the areas that follow, always described in relation to the protagonist of the story. Each section will contain a praise of 'important points' to remember about each character, then a 'I-dent Card' giving their vital statistics such as birth date, height, weight, cup size in the case of females, hair color, eye color, and a handful of other important bits of information, followed by a 'data sheet' describing the established details about each character, such as favorite food, favorite color, preferred type of music, and so forth.

All of these details put forth on this page are considered canonical for all SLs of the story and should be consulted by writers when writing their segments of the book.

Mother: Laura Margret Decker: The most important thing to remember about Laura is that she has the patience of a spider, the tongue of a 'cat-o-nine-tails', and the unbending will of a mountain. Once she makes up her mind about anything it STAYS made up, which is how she managed to raise all of her children to adulthood with no father around and under the watchful eyes of their father's murderer.

The second most important thing to remember is that she has not had sex in almost eighteen years. Ok, yes, she has masturbated, but she has not actually HAD SEX in so long that she is effectively a virgin again, she doesn't even REMEMBER what sex is LIKE, even though she has wanted it more and more every day since her husband died.

The third, and in a way most crucial thing about her, is that she swore an oath, in anger and grief but even so, that she would 'break her fast' only with the man who had avenged her husband's **** by killing The General, and would do so whoever he may be: and once her mind is made up...

The last data point, for now, is that Laura has a set of genetic mutations which mean that she double ovulates and will carry both resulting fetuses to term, resulting in fraternal twins with almost every pregnancy: including all of those she has had so far except the first one where she had triplets: two identical twin daughters, Rebecca and Esther, and their fraternal triplet brother Winston 'Peter' Decker III, now deceased. Laura has passed these positive mutations on to most if not necessarily all of her daughters and they too will bear twins with most pregnancies.

When considering the matter of the protagonist's father the most important things to keep in mind are the following:

1: He was a preacher, a 'man of the cloth', and tried to raise his children to be faithful sons and daughters of The Lord.

2: He died when most of his children were very young, in some cases not even born. The only ones with clear memories of him were the oldest three, and even they were only seven years old when he died: but to quote an old Jesuit maxim: "Give me a child till the age of 7 and I will answer for him for the rest of his life."

3: He loved his wife and children and cared for them deeply, and they in turn cared for him: especially his wife of 10 years Laura.

4: He was murdered by The General on suspicion that he was fomenting a rebellion against the dictator, right in front of his family. Weather that was true or not I leave up to individual authors.

Older Sisters: The most important thing to keep in mind with the protagonist's older sisters is that they remember their father clearly, and are devout christian girls. The other thing to keep in mind is they are identical twins. These two facts combine to make them perfect bait for '****-****' traps. Where the protagonists twin is half way to being in love with him already: his younger sisters don’t really understand what 'love' means, being creatures of intellect dueling with appetite, an appetite that says 'here is the young lion, master of the pride, let me mate with him and bear strong children' and the intellect does not disagree, only adding the caveat 'and if the children are deformed they will make good zombie bait': his 'baby' siblings are A: under age, and B: in love with each other: and his mother see's too much of his father in him, and has not had sex in a little over 18 years: his older sisters are the 'unattainable' members of the family.

Let me make that last statement perfectly clear: The protagonists older sisters will NEVER willingly have sex with him. It goes against EVERYTHING they believe in, stand for, worship, and hold dear. They would rather face The Ordeal alone and unarmed than have sex with their brother: they believe that **** is WRONG, a mortal SIN, and they will fight, kill, and die for that belief.

That said they also know how to pick their battles, and will let their brother, (Who killed their father's murderer, and survived a month and a half outside the compound, making him obviously way to tough for them to handle alone.) rut in wild abandon with the rest of the family as long as it is consensual, because they have read the bible cover to cover several times and are aware that it is a bit fuzzy on this whole '****' thing, but should he **** himself on any family member, or anyone else for that matter, they will probably be at the head of the posse that hunts him down like a rabid dog.

For THEM it is a matter of FAITH, but they understand that trying to push that faith on others is an express ticket to HELL. “And whenever you pray, don't be like the hypocrites who love to stand in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they will be seen by people. I tell all of you with certainty, they have their full reward!” Matthew 6:5 Yet they also have a certain limit to this degree of forgiveness: “But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.” Exodus 21:23-25, And in their estimation, as **** leaves emotional scars that will never heal, ruining a persons life: The Lord’s commandment is clear: 'take life for life'.

They also consider it a sanitation measure, like shooting diseased cattle.

Twin Sister: Sarah Mary Decker: The most important thing to remember about 'your twin' sister Sarah is that she is more than half in love with the protagonist already. Like her brother she only remembers her father the minster in that vague 'images and feelings' way of a very small child, an infant really, and her mother's harping on 'honoring his memory' has never gone over very well with her, since she doesn't remember him clearly enough to know what she is honoring.

In some versions of the story Sarah and the protagonist have already consummated their incestuous romance: and his sister comes to him the second or even first day and tells him she is pregnant. Weather this is happy news or a disaster depends on where the story is at the time and what else is going on.

The second most important thing to understand about his 'twin' is that she is deliberately left largely a blank slate in these documents. Other than being 'inappropriately' attracted to her twin brother and a rough physical description nothing further will be set in stone about her. She is the 'tabla rassa' of the family: authors are free to imbue her with whatever characteristics they feel will most light the fire of readers and make them desire her in which ever way they are trying to use her in their section of the story.

Younger Sisters: The first thing to note about Charity and Hope is that they do not remember their father, not even in the vague 'Princess Leia' way that the main character and his twin sister do. They were only about two months old when The General killed their father, and their mother's constant harping on how they should 'honor his memory' has had the opposite effect on them: they have rejected him and everything he stood for: including Christianity. This is why they joined the Amazonian Guard's Women the day they turned 15 and were allowed to do so, and why when our hero kills The General they, in some story lines at least, put themselves into his bed nude while he is sleeping.

The next thing to remember about them is that they are frighteningly intelligent and utterly ruthless, they will not hesitate to do what they feel 'needs to be done' and have no moral compass to speak of other than what is 'logical'. One of the challenges if you start down a story-line where you are in a relationship with 'your younger sisters' is to reign them in and show them why behaving in a quasi moralistic manner is actually the 'logical' course of action.

'Baby' Sister and 'Baby' brother: There are several key pieces of information to remember about the 'babies' of the family. Firstly, they grew up in a broken home, with their older siblings fighting all the time and their mother working for a man that she hated and wanted to see dead. Secondly, they were born AFTER their father's ****, so they feel abandoned by their sire and like their dame failed in her task of keeping the family together. Third, from the moment of birth the two have been together as much as they could, knowing that in the end, each other was really all they had, even working out and bathing together.

These three facts have combine into a magic potion for what most people would consider UBER SQUICK: even though they are 'under age' and nothing of it will be shown 'on camera' the two are already involved in an incestuous relationship with each other.

'Tommy' and 'Mags' were within a few months of sneaking out of the colony together and going on the run trying to find another freehold where they could settle down and no one the wiser about what they really are: fraternal twins who both are as turned on by being brother and sister as they are resentful of their oldest sister's disapproval: though they have so far kept their oldest sisters in the dark about how far they have already gone.

Depending on where the story goes the 'babies' of the family may make good their escape anyway, in spite of their brother's victory, or perhaps BECAUSE of it.
