"Okay sure. Don't be long!"

You separate as he heads down the corridor towards the bathrooms. His absence suddenly makes you realise how quiet the office is, but you remind yourself that its only because everyone except management has gone home. You wander along, conscious of your time but not in a hurry. You reach for your phone, only to see that it is not in your pocket.
"Shit!" You say and try to think back to where you left it. The upstairs office when you were talking to Harriet. You pick up the pace, It wouldn't do to be without your phone in a boring team-wide meeting. You pass the security office just before the stairs up to the next level. The camera monitors are flickering comfortingly, however the door is wide open, the security guard, David, is nowhere to be seen. This strikes you as odd, but already you are climbing the stairs trying to think of where you left your phone in the office. You step into the upstairs office which is open plan, a glass window at one end looking into your boss, Gwen's, office. You step over to Harriet's desk and look through the disorganised papers and stationary strewn over the woman's desk. Eventually you find it, propped under an unopened letter. You check your texts and messages, but you seem to have no phone signal, nor internet connection. This also strikes you as odd, but you suppose you best be getting off to the meeting now anyway. You pass by Gwen's office, which is clean and tidy, the desk uncluttered with its usual debris, except for a single A4 folder sitting squarely in the centre of the desk. Another oddity, as Gwen is supposed to be on a month long training trip. Curiosity overcomes you and you step inside the office. Flipping open the folder you are immediately confused and concerned. Inside are blueprints of the very building you are in, specs for the electrical and communications technology of the area, and dossier's on every member of the management team. There are also a few handwritten notes, but they are hard to decipher due to Gwen's illegible handwriting. You seem to be able to see the plans for some kind of, trap! Gwen was planning to trap everyone in the office, tonight, but to what end you don't see. You put down the folder, and quickly make you way from the office. You have to find Linus and get out of here as soon as possible. You head past the security office once again, but this time some of the monitors have gone dark, and continue on to the meeting room. The double doors are flung wide open... and noone is there. You step inside, but sure enough all of your collegues have moved on. The chairs are shifted erratically, and you can see several personal items and articles of clothing scattered across the floor, but nothing else. You see Linus' shirt on the floor, carefully folded. You look at your phone again as you scurry away down the corridor. Still no connection to the outside world. You arrive back at the security office, and decide to look at the monitors for any clues. As you saw earlier, many have gone dark, but a few cameras are still active. On one you spy movement. Beth and Theresa are in one of the corridor's not far from you. The camera sits high on the wall with a view of the intersection. At the far end of the corridor is the records room, the heavy security door is locked and Theresa is standing in front of it talking to someone on the other side. Their is no audio but you can see the woman gesturing as she talks, and the silhouette of someone in the record room window. Beth is making her way towards the camera, one hand trailing absentmindedly along the wall. She is walking slowly, but you swear you can see her sniffing the air every now an again. There is something off about the both of them, something in the way they stand or the large amounts of skin they appear to be showing in the pixelated image. There is one last thing you notice. Around the corner from the two women, is a rubbish bin, and hiding behind it is your friend Keira. She has her knees tucked in under her chin and her face is hidden, buried in her pleated skirt.
