"Of... of course not!"

"Of... of course not!" you stammer, praying to the God that reincarnated you that this girl you'd be stuck with all day doesn't already think you're a pervert. Of course, you were one, but there's no need for strangers to know that.

"You're totally lying," she snaps back, her eyes narrowing with suspicion. Then, with a mischievous glint, she leans in close to you, her lips brushing your ear. "Pervert."

Her warm breath as she lets out those words sends an electric shock through your body. This was, admittedly, the closest thing to foreplay you've had in 18 years. For reasons you still can't comprehend, every attempt you've made at getting laid has ended in disaster.

"Uh," you stammer, trying to regain your composure, "How about that tour?" You spring up from your seat, only to feel a sudden, uncomfortable tightening at the crotch of your pants.

'Shit, I didn't realize I was hard.'

Angel's eyes flick down, catching the movement. Her lips curl into a knowing smirk. "I knew you were a pervert, John," she says, her voice teasing as she begins to follow you out of the classroom. "So what's first, tour guide?"

"Um..." You've never been this nervous around anyone before. Is it because you two might have some connection? Love at first sight? "Well, can I see your schedule? I wouldn't want you to be late to your first class, and I can use giving you a tour as my excuse to being late."

Smooth. Good move. You have this one in the bag. Angel reaches into her backpack and pulls out a slightly crumpled piece of paper. She walks up to you and practically shoves it into your hand.

"You can read, right?" she asks, her tone dripping with sarcasm. You're one of the top students in your class—after all, you've done this high school thing once already—so of course you can read. Glancing at the schedule, you realize with a mix of relief and dread that the two of you share the same classes.

'I guess she's both intelligent and gorgeous. Well, there goes any chance of getting laid with her.'

You have about 10 minutes before first period starts. That means wherever you show Angel first, it has to be somewhere on the way to class.
