"I think I'd like to you be...a lot...more assertive..."

Alice raises an eyebrow. "Like, how much more assertive?" she asks.

You're not entirely sure how to explain it, but you do your best. "Well, like the video, but not exactly...not with the other guys and the toys, just taking control of the relationship and deciding where and how things go. I don't mean with all the kneeling and the 'yes mistress' talk, just...in general."

Alice sits and thinks. "I'm not even sure if I could do that...or what it would even mean. I want to explore and be more active, sure, but not in the leather, whips, and chains way...I wouldn't even know where to begin. Most of that stuff is acting and roleplay, baby, are you even sure you know what you're asking?"

You say, "I'm pretty sure".

Well, if that's what you want...let me try to find out more and think about it," Alice says. "I'll be on the computer, would you take care of the dishes?"

"Of course," you say. Alice gets up and goes into the office, while you clean up the table, do the dishes, and put away the leftovers. By the time you finish Alice still hasn't come out of the bedroom, so you decide to give her time and sit on the couch to watch television. You get through a full episode of one of your shows, and are partway through the next, when Alice pokes her head out of the office.

"Baby?" Alice says, "would you come here?"

"One sec," you say, turning off the television and walking into the office. Joining Alice at the computer, you notice she's found some online forums and video series' about female-led relationships and female domination in general. Not the pornographic stuff she had been watching Friday, but actual information created by dominant women for dominant women, submissive men, and interested parties. You also notice she's found some sort of social media for people into domination and submission, and signed up for it.

"You sure found a lot of information about this," you say. Alice seems as surprised as you. "I really had no idea," Alice says. "I still need to think about it, but I think we can give it a shot".

"Thank you baby," you say. Alice leans up and kisses you. She bookmarks the links, and shuts off the computer.

"But it's late, I need to get to bed," she says. "Come with me".

You follow Alice to the bedroom, and lay down together.
