"I love salad."

"Oh, I love salad!" you say, but she gives you a funny look.

"Really?" she stares at you as she hands you the half-empty jar of Ceasar dressing.

"Oh, yeah!" you stall as you pour the dressing onto your salad.

"I've always believed in a vegetarian life-style."

Her face brightens, "that's great. I've been one for three years."

"Oh, that's good to know," you quickly reply, while thinking to yourself 'great, now what the hell do I do.'

You really hate salad and all rabbit food in general. You're busy trying to figure out a way to get out of the trap you laid for yourself when she continues the conversation.

"I guess I should introduce myself, my name's Annie," she extends her hand.

"Hi, I'm John." You manage to answer.

She seems embarassed about her appearance and offers up an explanation.

"I just got done with practice for our women's field hockey team, sorry but I must smell terrible." She seems kind of nervous.

"No problem," you respond. "I've been in a few guy's locker rooms after a game. You smell great."

She smiles back at you as she takes another bite of salad.

You're watching her eat when you notice some of the dressing has spilled out of her mouth and onto her lips. You are about to say something when she flicks her tongue out and gathers up all the sticky remains.

You can't help thinking how good that tongue would feel on your aching wood.

She continues rambling and you hardly pay attention until she mentions something about inviting you over for dinner tonight.

You hastily accept and you both get up to leave.

She is leaving for home when she turns one last time.

"Your going to love what I'm making tonight. It's a mixture of cucumbers, carrots, celery, lettuce, radishes, and cottage cheese. It's the best salad and I'll make a bunch for both of us."

She gives you a wink then adds,"I'll even wrap some up for you to take home."

"That would be great," you hastily thank her.

She hands you her address and leaves with instructions for you to arrive at 7 p.m.

You turn and walk slowly back to your dorm.
