Your face red, you can't tell you embarrassed or flustered. Your dad reading the mood coughs. "Kids finish your food and make sure you clean your plate when you're done." He says chiming in.

You and your family then continue to have a normal conversation. Then you and your sibling finish up. You head to your room and your brother is there with you. "Alex if anyone lays a hand on you let your older brother know!" He says while trying to flex his muscle.

"Don't worry I will!" Your brother Max then takes his pinkie out. "Promise on it." He says determined. You pinkie promise him. He then kisses your forehead and pats your head. "I'm heading to bed. Good night." He says while walking out of your room.
