"I appreciate your apology. I think it better off if we don't be friends." You say turning her offer down. You see her about to tear up but she wipes her tears and simply smiles. She gives out a sigh and scratches her hair.

She kicks the ground picking up some dirt. She bites her lips and looks at you. "It's fine... I promise I won't mess with you ever again." She says looking down on the ground. She then turns around and started to walk away. Right before you start to walk away too you hear her calling your name.

"Hey, Alex. See you around the school." She says smiling before completely walking out.

You see Ash and Dakota walk up to you. "So how did it go? Did you win the mortal kombat?" Ash says waiting for your response. You let out a sigh and explain everything that just happens to you.

Dakota was laughing, "Whole shit this is funny, Veronica having a crush on you was so unexpected and you than outright just rejected her!" He says slapping his knee. Ash then joins along "Oh god I can't wait for people to hear this new hot gossip." She says smirking.

"Guys can you stop it, we acting like the bullies now..." You say wanting them to stop being mean to a heartbroken girl. Ash then shrugs and slaps your back. "I'm not the one who rejected Veronica." She says not caring at all.
