"I am hungry.”
You shyly gaze at the ground, wondering how the Queen will react. You worry she may be cross with you for not obeying her order to get into the crib straightaway.
Thankfully, your worries turn out to be for naught. Instead of chastising you, raising her voice to you, or doing any other disciplinary action, she smiles sweetly, steps closer to you, and wraps you in a gentle hug. This sudden show of affection surprises you. You are not certain if that is because the queen is the one showing it, or because you simply are not accustomed to this sort of treatment.
Whatever the case, you gradually raise your arms and hug your new mother back.
When Queen Cersei finally pulls away, she is still smiling. She then pats your diapered bottom and says "You should have told Mummy in the first place, sweetie. Now that you're all clean and in your nappies, I would be happy to get you something to eat."
You smile at that and say appreciatively "Thank you, Mummy."
She just grins again and takes your hand in yours. She turns to Dorcas and Senelle - who are still in the room, awaiting orders from their mistress - and tells them...
