You stop in your tracks, terrified that you've been caught.

"Stop right there, human!"

You look over, and it's none other than Geoffrey, the asshole-of-a-skunk who you'd love to see exiled from the village.

"No humans allowed from this point, you--"

"Geoffrey, stop it!!"

You look over in the direction of the soft, female voice, and it's none other than the beautiful Sally Acorn stepping out from the gate.

"Don't talk to our visitors like that!" she commands. "They have as much right as other villagers to come-and-go!"

"B-but my princess..."

"No buts, Geoffrey! If I see you treating our new guest like this again, I'll have to ask you to turn in your badge!!"

Geoffrey nodded, then walked back over to the gate. "Yes, m'princess."

You look at her, eyeing her sexy body before she notices you.

"I'm sorry..."

"John, John Doe. I just moved here to your village a few weeks ago..."

"Oh Mr. Doe! You're the Overland-erm... human whom Charles brought, yes? I apologize for the way my guard treated you. He's not very trusting of anyone... especially humans." She shyfully turns her gaze away from you, her eyes instantly meeting yours, again. "So, how do you like it here?"

"Please," you respond coolly. "Call me John. And I love it here! The air is so...clean. I'm not used to breathing so naturally. Everything here feels so alive. And the trees are so green and lush! I... I can't remember the last time I saw one."

She smiled. "Okay... John... I'm glad you like it here in our home! I know this must be so different for you, with all this new scenery. You must be feeling some cultureshock! Is there any way I can make you feel more at home here at Knothole..? Or at Castle Acorn?"
