"Don't worry Dakota was there!" (B)

"Don't worry Dakota was there!" You say smiling.

Your parents nod along with you and comments in. "Dakota huh, that kid..." Your dad says thinking. Suddenly it strikes him. "Wait isn't he the Adam's Son..." "Dad!" You say stopping him before he can finish.

You face red, want to defend you, friend. You don't much about the Adam's family and every time you ask Dakota he becomes close off. So you simply don't and don't care if he is the "Adam's" family. Your mom reading the mood coughs. "Kids finish your food and make sure you clean your plate when you're done." She says chiming in.

You and your family then continue to have a normal conversation. Then you and your sibling finish up. You head to your room and your brother is there with you. "Alex if anyone lays a hand on you let your older brother know!" He says while trying to flex his muscle.

"Don't worry I will!" Your brother Max then takes his pinkie out. "Promise on it." He says determined. You pinkie promise him. He then kisses your forehead and pats your head. "I'm heading to bed. Good night." He says while walking out of your room.
