better hours

second hour was fine because none of the dumber bullies would be in this class and it would only be Lindsey who from talking to years ago well we were still friends I knew she wanted to be a doctor. At least i knew when I would read her mind she wouldn't be making fun of me. But again I'm getting ahead of myself. When i'm walking to the class I see Nathan walking by but he doesn't see me and I walk past him without any incident. I get into the class and see that there're not that many people in the class but I still choose to sit in the back because I know that it is probably better for me that way. I sit down and take my seat before the first bell rings and just pay attention to my phone. when class begins I put my phone away and start to pay attention to the teacher.

She starts off by saying." If you think that this is just a Human anatomy and human Biology class then you were wrong and be prepared for that because it won't be till the end of the year when we get to the human anatomy part of this class." I just smile at this. "At least I get to learn about other types of species from the different kingdoms of the genetic tree." I tell myself. As she starts to pass out the syllabus I concentrate on Lindsey to see what she is thinking.

"Well this is going to be a fun class because if I ever want to be a doctor then this class will be a stepping stone onto greater things.". "Though when I did see Neil walking in with those bruises which I know where they are from I know that this is going to be a long year with those popular ass holes.". " I just that when I do end up apologizing to him that he is able to forgive me for what I have done to him these last few years." She sighs softly out loud then continues to pay attention to class.

I just smile softly at myself because if she were to come up and apologize I would accept the apology because of the past friendship we had. I mean I would still be pissed at her a little inside my head but I could deal with that and move on just fine. " Okay everyone one last thing since there are an even amount of people in this class we will need lab partners when we do labs so go and find one. I stay in my seat to just find whoever is leftover when I hear a thought come from someone. "This would make a great excuse to just try to get closer and apologize to him and if the others ask I can just say we got paired up by the teacher." as I keep my mind focused on something else and I see that someone has sat next to me and it's Lindsey smiling at me. "hey Neil do you want to be partners for this year?" she questions quietly. I just smile at her and nod my head. She smiles at me and then frowns when she notices the shiner from earlier. "Where'd that come from?". she asks. I lie to her."I took a fall this morning and hit my head on the sink.". she looks at me doubtfully and just sighs. "I know where-." she begins. "Alright class that is the end of this hour." the teacher says as the bell rings and i get up to go away before someone grabs my arm.

"Neil i'm not going to just let this go.". Lindsey says to me. "It would probably be best if you did then they can't do anything to you about how you tried to help me.". I frown at her as I say this and shake out of her grip before going out of the classroom and down two floors and into my math class.
