Lots of Rules

The officer and Emily make a little bit of small talk about how she is doing in school, and meanwhile you murmur an excuse about grading and sit down to take a look in the notebook.

You have been thinking a lot on extra rules since you saw that video with Anna Faith, and now you want to put them down. You put down dozens. Some you cross out as too cruel or unfair, some have unappealing consequences, and you rewrite and cross them out until you are satisfied. The sense of power is an incredible rush, one that makes you eager to add more rules, and make them harsher. By the time you finish, you find yourself rock hard.

Old Rule: Girls find spankings, sex, and all related things extremely embarrassing. They will never find it less embarrassing or painful no matter how much exposure they have to it.

Old Rule: Not wearing underwear is a common reason for spankings.

New Rule: Most uniforms for women are designed with spanking access, sex appeal, and providing a certain amount of discomfort as their priorities

New Rule: Punishment outfits can easily be purchased, which are designed to be extremely painful, embarrassing, and spankable.

Old Rule: The more revealing an outfit, the more likely a woman is spanked for it.

Old Rule: Women who wet or poop themselves are **** into pull-ups for up to one month. If caught without pull-ups in that time, they are considered to have committed the crime of indecent exposure, and their pull-up time has a month added to it.

Old Rule: Women in pull-ups can be punished by women who do not wear pull-ups and men below the age of thirty. Anyone who can punish her can check the pull-up.

Old Rule: Women in pull-ups have to have a potty chart. This is typically kept somewhere public. They generally get punishments for wetting or messing their pull-ups. If they do it to many times they get put into diapers.

Old Rule: Women in diapers are considered children for everything except spankings and sex - that means no ****, driving, smoking, voting, etc. - and they are much more likely to get spanked. Their punishments are typically much harsher than normal. They also have potty charts. People are generally more strict with women in diapers, and it is generally considered acceptable to bully them to a certain extent.

New Rule: Women in pull-ups or diapers must ask permission to use toilet. If they are denied they must wait six hours or until permission is given by whoever denied them.

New Rule: It is socially acceptable to trade favors for permission to use the toilet.

Old Rule: About half the time women will try desperately to get out of spankings.

New Rule: This will always backfire, either by resulting in the punishment being made harsher in response to begging or resistance, or by some series of events making things more severe. For instance, hiding a broken vase in the garbage results in the bag cutting cut and spilling trash everywhere, and leads to a spanking for breaking the vase, lying, and making a mess.

Looking up, you see Emily's outfit has changed. Not substantially, but her skirt has changed from plain black to a plaid pattern. Her shirt is much tighter as well, tight enough that the fabric is stretched to the point of transparency over her tits. And most amusingly, from under the skirt peeks out a pink pull-up, which you press your hand against, finding it dry. Not that that's a surprise, you have no doubt that most women would do anything to avoid getting into diapers. Emily glances over at you, and this gives you inspiration for one last rule.

New Rule: One in ten diapers and pull-ups have diuretics and laxatives which can be absorbed through the skin in their lining.
