Lena Luthor is the billionaire CEO of L-Corp, having succeeded her half-brother Lex following his incarceration. She is the best friend and ally of Kara Danvers and her alter-ego Supergirl. Despite this, she is currently unaware that the two are one-and-the-same. She is also the owner of CatCo Magazine, after buying it to ensure that it would remain a fair and unbiased company.

She is played by Katie McGrath.
