Jeff, a bit of a dork (bi friendly)

Jeff was simply startled by how effective it was. He had never seen a girl so comfortable without a shirt or bra in his life, and that's including college parties! , he wrote the rule back in just to confirm it was working, sure enough the barrista lost her shirt again in front of his eyes, no one even flinching to the change. He sat down at a empty table as he assessted the situation. While only in his second year of college he never stood out from everyone except that he was bisexual.
