Advance Three Months

After they left the Cabin, Ashley Woodsen was wrong about Brandon Cole seeing the marks that Zack Bishop left as proof that she was seeing someone else. Ashley never explained why but he suspected Ashley and Brandon failed to have sex at all the rest of the time at the cabin. That just helps Zack feel worse though Victoria Walker was exceptionally proficient in convincing him to choose to be happy when she is around.

Three months into the pregnancy though Ashley is left with little choice but to consent to Brandon’s family paying for genetic therapy. Brandon was predisposed to Colon cancer and they wished to have that genetic abnormality removed along with any other genetic predispositions to diseases. That of course, is when the proverbial bull fecal matter hit the proverbial fan. Almost overnight moved back in with his parents and cut off all communication with Ashley.

If the lack of the gene for predisposition for Colon Cancer failed to be enough; It was Michael Cole {Brandon’s Eldest Brother, the geneticist} mentioning the child is likely to have bright strawberry blonde or red hair. At least Ashley doubted Michael would have kept that information just between him and her.

The reason why failed to be given but Ashley already knew and had been preparing for it. She herself had moved out of their apartment. Zack had convinced Victoria that Ashley should live with them. They were best friends despite the drama with Brandon. Still both of them saw it as a inequitable situation.

Ironically, both Zack and Ashley also were even more determined to play against the aethereal gravity they still felt pulling each other together. They were abundantly successful with that fight as well.

On Ashley’s own she began a conspiracy of seducing Victoria. They already chose to love and see each other as family, and Ashley simply wants to add intimacy to it before revealing who the baby’s real father was. The only problem being that, if she didn’t know any better, she would suspect Taylor Bishop, Zack’s older sister, of seducing Victoria and Ashley too. The young woman was always at the house when she was not on campus at class or in a lab.

To help the couple, Victoria’s parents helped the young engaged couple by having a rather nice house built for them on land the Zack’s in-laws already owned. The house happened to feature an outdoor, heated pool. As Zack’s sister and attending the same university, Taylor was welcome and chose to live in the same house.

They would go out play with Chloe, Gavin, Heather, and Kurt still, again despite the drama and because both Zack and Ashley knew the truth. Kurt knew the truth too but he used the breakup of Ashley and Brandon as justification for putting the full court press on seducing Ashley.

With much greater resistance Ashley finds herself awarded with when rebuffing Kurt’s advances. Kurt’s frustration and Ashley’s preoccupied mind is what she blamed for failing to see what Taylor really was after and why.
